Our Policies

Requirements for all services:

Services will be provided only after a complimentary face-to-face interview to determine the fit/temperament of the dog
Dogs must be up to date on rabies and parvo/distemper vaccines
Records of current vaccinations must be shown at the interview and a copy provided with the boarding application
Dogs must not have an aggressive history
Dogs must not have a history of fence-jumping
All dogs must be current on flea medication
A new client application must be filled out and returned on or before the first date of service
Agreements & Policies must be read, signed and returned on or before the first date of service
All major forms of payment are accepted, including cash, check, Zelle, credit card, Paypal and Venmo

Additional requirements for sleepovers:

Dog food will be provided by the owner for the entire stay (dog bowls are provided by us)
Dogs must not have a history of fence-jumping
Dogs must not have a history of aggression
All dogs must be spayed or neutered by seven months of age
Owners will provide something with a scent from home (i.e. mat, towel) to help the dog feel more comfortable (dog beds are provided)
Any toys or additional items cannot be guaranteed to be returned in their original form, they may be destroyed, bring at your own risk
If the dog is crate-trained, the owner will provide a crate.
To reserve your dog's spot, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required
Any remaining balance is due on or before the first date of service
Drop off and pick up hours are 7:30 am - 8 pm, by appointment only
Rates are $60 per night
An extra nightly charge of $10 for dogs under 1 year of age
